  • Choosing the right weight involves a bit of trial and error initially. When you first do a movement, use the intensity guideline I've provided to gauge the effort. For example, if I note an intensity of 8/10, that means you should choose a weight where, if I prescribe 10 reps, you could actually perform about 12 reps if you pushed to your absolute limit.

    Once you've found the appropriate weight, the app will save this information in your workout history, making it easy to revisit and adjust in future sessions. No need to calculate percentages or guess every time—just use your history and my intensity guidance to dial it in!

  • All communication (unless otherwise needed) will occur through the Ben Neill Coaching app to keep things streamlined and organized. You will be directly communicating with me. I will be the one checking on your daily progress and holding you accountable. Any questions you have will be answered within 24 hours.
