I remember it like it was yesterday. 245 pounds, a job I hated, and a moment on the drive home where I knew something had to change.

It didn't happen overnight. There were highs and lows, plateaus, times I crashed and burned. Eight years later I'm fitter and healthier than I've ever been, and still improving.

Why "by application"?
I keep the roster small so every client gets real attention. Applying lets us both make sure it's the right fit before anyone commits.
Do I need to be fit already?
No. I started at 245 pounds and hated exercise. Wherever you're starting is the right place to start, the plan meets you there.
Is this a meal plan and a workout PDF?
No. It's daily, ongoing coaching, accountability, adjustments, and conversation. The opposite of a template you're left to figure out alone.
How fast will I see results?
Honestly? Not overnight, and anyone promising that is selling something. We build for change that's still there in five years.
